On a recent project for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation project on SR 28 in Allegheny County Pennsylvania, the Construction Division combined every division of the company to successfully rehabilitate a five mile section of the roadway which included concrete pavement patching, concrete repairs mixing bitcoins, diamond grinding, latex modified bridge deck overlays, bituminous milling, and sawing and sealing existing joints.
